All of 973tobacco.com’s products are guaranteed against defects for seventy-two (72) hours from the date the recipient receives the merchandise. Business days are defined as Sunday through Thursday in Bahrain. By ordering from 973tobacco.com, you agree and certify under penalty of perjury and in accordance with Bahraini regulations that you are at least 18 years of age or older and legally able to purchase tobacco and/or tobacco-related products and/or accessories in Bahrain.

By ordering from 973tobacco.com, you also agree that 973tobacco.com has up to fourteen (14) business days to ship your merchandise out of our facilities. Once an order has been shipped and/or tracking information has been received and provided by the designated carrier, a customer cannot cancel or refuse delivery of their order without prior consent from 973tobacco.com via email. 973tobacco.com reserves the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee on any order returned to our company after final inspections. 973tobacco.com also reserves the right to charge any applicable fees that may have been associated with the order at the time of shipping if merchandise is returned to our facilities. Any merchandise returned to our facilities must be unused and in all original packaging. Any merchandise deemed used will be refused by 973tobacco.com and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Additional Term for 1KG Products

1KG products offered on 973tobacco.com are strictly intended for sale to coffee shops only. Individuals are not permitted to purchase 1KG products. By placing an order for 1KG products, you certify that the purchase is for a coffee shop and not for personal use. Any violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of the order and restriction of future purchases.

Typographical Errors

International Orders at 973tobacco.com

973tobacco.com is happy to coordinate the shipping of our tobacco products outside Bahrain to most countries. However, deliveries to international locations outside Bahrain may require additional shipping charges. Furthermore, due to international regulations, 973tobacco.com may refuse service on international orders from some countries. Only one international order may be in transit at any given time. Please wait until your order is delivered prior to placing a new order. We reserve the right to cancel a new order placed while an existing order is still in transit to its destination and yet to be confirmed as delivered.

Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside Bahrain do not include any applicable duty, Value Added Taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. You will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Taxes, Duties, and Importation Fees

973tobacco.com prides itself on compliance as we are a multinational company serving both the domestic and international communities. 973tobacco.com customers are responsible for the payment of all applicable sales taxes, customs duties, import consumption taxes, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and similar taxes or fees (collectively, taxes and fees) imposed by your country, any government entity, or collecting agency. You will be required to pay any assessed taxes and fees upon delivery of your merchandise. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, tobacco taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped unless reflected in the order.

Order Cancellation Policy

973tobacco.com’s goal is to provide the fastest possible service to its customers. To accomplish this goal, your order will begin to be processed shortly after it is received. We currently cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order once we have commenced charging and submitting it for processing. If your order has not already been charged with your approved method of payment as placed with your order, we should easily be able to cancel it; however, once your order has been charged, it is being fulfilled and shipped, and we will not be able to cancel your order at that time.

We strongly recommend that all customers wishing to cancel an order do so within 30 minutes from the time your original order is placed during our normal business hours Sunday-Thursday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm AST by contacting our Customer Service Team. In the event you have submitted your order outside of our normal business hours, please submit an online support ticket.

In the event that we are unable to cancel your order and you are interested in returning your tobacco merchandise, you may return it in original and unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees are not refundable. Please also be aware that rewards for the returned item(s) will be forfeited.

Returns and Exchanges

Domestic Product Exchange Policy

973tobacco.com offers Bahraini customers the ability to exchange unused tobacco products ordered online. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or maybe you just ordered the incorrect item, you may be able to exchange it for another product offered at 973tobacco.com. Remember, you are responsible for any and all applicable shipping charges associated with an exchange, including the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and reshipping charges associated with your exchange. These charges are not refundable. The merchandise you wish to exchange must also be unused.

If you would like to exchange your merchandise, you must submit an electronic inquiry via email or chat within seventy-two (72) hours from the time your merchandise is deemed delivered by the designated shipping carrier. Due to health and safety regulations, any item deemed disposable or any item that is used and/or opened may not be exchanged.

Domestic Return Policy

If you would like to return your unopened/unused merchandise to 973tobacco.com, you must submit an electronic inquiry or phone call within seventy-two (72) hours from the time your merchandise is deemed delivered by the designated shipping carrier.

International Exchange and Return Policy

Due to international regulations, international orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges with our company.

International Customs Processing

If your 973tobacco.com order was inspected by your customs office and is subject to additional import taxes and fees, it is your responsibility to pay these charges assessed by your customs and border services office. Unfortunately, 973tobacco.com has no control over which packages are inspected by customs and which packages are imposed additional tariffs by your customs office.

Disputes, Jurisdiction, and Venue

By placing an order with 973tobacco.com, the customer hereby consents to the following terms of service regarding disputes. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the 973tobacco.com Terms of Service, or the breach thereof (Dispute), shall be settled by binding arbitration, conducted on a confidential basis, under Bahraini law. The arbitration shall be held in Manama, Bahrain, and conducted by one arbitrator who is knowledgeable about the subject matter forming the basis for the Dispute. The initial costs of the arbitration shall be shared equally by the parties. Each party shall bear the cost of preparing and presenting its case to the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
